Cancellation / Substitution
A refund (less 10% administration fee) will be made if notice of cancellation is received in writing three weeks before the conference. Regrettably, no refunds will be available for cancellations received less than three weeks before the event start date. If you do not attend the event or notify us of your intention to cancel, the full fee will still be payable. A substitute delegate is welcome but the organiser MUST be notified in advance of the conference to avoid incurring a charge. Substitutions may NOT be made at the conference.
