In 1984 in a significant career switch I joined the Management Team in Mortgages and since then have held roles across all disciplines from Product Design, Marketing, Risk Management and Distribution Strategy. With each merger and evolution into the HBOS Group new challenges were provided to the Executive Team including most recently the development of the unique 5 Brand approach to the market. Throughout my time in HBOS its market leading position has allowed me to undertake consultancy roles including supporting the evolution of Mortgage Banks in the Czech Republic and in Turkey, and product consultancy support for Banks in South Africa and Australia. The growing portfolio of HBOS Mortgage Lending across the Netherlands, Spain, The Irish Republic and Australia has maintained this worldwide experience. A sports fanatic, a season ticket holder at Manchester United and an active supporter of Lancashire Country Cricket and Warrington Wolves. |
